Breakdown! Narrowboat across Lancaster and the Lune Aqueduct.

Leaving Aldcliffe, we continue on the Lancaster Canal, through the city until we cross the spectacular Lune Aqueduct, engineered by John Rennie, and make our way to Hest Bank. We find a lovely morning spot with views of Morecambe Bay and the Furness Mountains. During the recording of this vlog, Colin had a meltdown. His autism creates chronic anxiety, stress and depression that gradually builds up and causes these breakdowns. After a lot of thought and discussion, we decided to include footage of his breakdown and we talk about Colin's mental health in this vlog.
